Dress: The Plastik Arona dress Noir. I am totally in love with this super fitting sexy dress; no alpha spots needed. So well made and create textures. I placed a front and back view of this truly awesome dress.

SySy's Fedora hat, one of her items for the !nterlude event, which opens this Sunday, 12 April @ 6 pm SLT with a big party. The creators had to inspire their items on a song. SySy chose Bruno Mars's song 'Uptown funk'.

The hat comes in 3 colors (black, brown and tan) and with a HUD, that lets you change the color of the Rim. Cute fedora. Love it.

MINA's latest hair Joelle; super fitting under SySy's fedora hat. Love this hair.

Also NEW (see picture below) is the Lushish Catz  Group Gift - Peach Bikini, which contains also a HUD for Maitreya mesh avi Lara. There is a fee to join the group of L$ 50.

Somehow I have the feeling we are going back to former system clothes :-(

My Attic items and JD GG again

Showing two items of the many available right now at My Attic till the 31st of November. Theme this time is 'Baby it's Cold Outside' 

SYSY's mesh CoCo Suede dress in Moss - (available in many great colors) is well cut, has a great fitting and texture and moreover is warm and comfy to wear. 

MINA has a new hair called Carlijn, which is ONLY available at The Attic for the reduced price of 95 L$. Carlijn comes with a HUD to change the color of hair and texture of the cap. After all it's cold outside so a warm cap it had to be.

What an awesome GG, these JD boots Tundra in Kaki Suede are. I luvvv the stockings with belts and the socks that come with these boots. 

You can change the color of some parts of the boots, the socks and stockings with a HUD.

Yes I blogged these boots before, but not the stockings with belts ^^

Daisy & Catty

More Newishness:

SYSY's mesh Daisy Dress, which will be available at My Attic (opening today at midnite SLT) and available only there for 10 days for a discounted price.

I am wearing SolidMosss, however, Daisy comes in 6 floral textured and 6 solid colors (HUD to change color, texture and belt included in the pack).  

Also showing an item I bought yesterday and I love muchly: the JD (Just Design) Catty mesh shoes in black with high mesh thighs in green. 

The shoes come with a HUD that lets you change the color or the sole, lacquer, strings and metal of the shoes as well as the socks and high socks. Soo many options.

Exploring SL: Last Stop

I have been exploring Last Stop sim, which is super. An extensive article with great photos about this place you can find in Eddi Haskell his blog post.

EMO-tions hair Nadine (reds), which is a rigged mesh. I love the way the hair swings around my head. I missed that with the mesh hairs lately ^^

BBQ rabbit ... arghhhhhh

Mix and Match et voila a colourfull outfit ^^

For the Opening party for 'The Sum of Our Parts' last Saturday at Nitroglobus gallery I needed a 'COLOURFULL outfit' arghhh
Not so easy coz normally I wear a lot of black and more darker shades in SL, sooo I went shopping ....
I found awesome dresses at dito shops, but not really suitable for the party from my point of view coz the work of Kynne Llewellyn & Alles Klaar is fun and cheerfull and my outfit should be tooo.

I dived into my closet and came up with the following: 

• my favourit red evening dress the Paris Metro Masquerade Ball brushed ruby dress. However, when I walked over the mirorring floor of the main hall of our gallery the skirt didn't show ;-( 
• I had to find another skirt to match the sheer smexy top, gloves and collar of the Masquerade Ball dress and I did: the AD Creation for Kenya project skirt (WAP Design Italian taste) which is also an old time fav. Lovely design and texture. Wearing the pants layer and the sculpted skirt.

I completed my outfit with:

• SYSY's Tights bright SLink AE System compatible hotpink (love this box of stockings and tights) 
• The Nemesis Adorable earrings honeysuckle (pink). Wow they fit super with the outfit.
• Maitreya Mesh Radical boots Red Reptile (awesome as always)
• Red lips: DT (Dutch Touch) Yri LIPstick Serie A nr 8 
• DRD ChristineBW half mask (one of my fav items)
• And my recent D!va hair Mimi with a pink cool ribbon (Mimi comes with a hud that gives you lots of different textures/colors)  
• Skin is Belleza Mya
• Mayfly Deep sky mesh eyes Monet Dusk

I was happy with my outfit/look and you know what ... I received lots of compliments for my 'colourfull dress'. Lol mix and match in economic crisis times.

SYSY's Escapade

This cool mesh dress called Escapade and the hot stockings are SySy's releases for the My Attic and Zodiac cycles!

For my Attic there are the various (showing only 3 of the many many different textures/colors/patterns) Escapade dresses. The theme of this round of my attic is "Escape" and runs for 10 days.

For Zodiac this round is the month of Cancer. The two color shades of stockings (red and pink) are for that round. Zodiac runs the rest of the month untill 21st July.

These stockings work just like any other pair of stockings, socks or leggings but are also created to work seamlessly with the SLink Avatar Enhancement System. Meaning if you have the SLink mesh feet, you can wear them on your mesh feet and apply them with the click on the hud. Wow, luv them!

Blue Lavinia

Photo taken at The Arrival the new installation of Rose Borchovski at LEA, which is sooooo awesome! I had been exploring before and went back this evening.
Rose wrote an extensive notecard about the different meanings of her installation. It's intriguing but I won't blog here, just go and look/read for yourself!

Edith in Splash dress

NEW dress and hair and last chance to take a photo surrounded by the 'Pieces of Cica' installation at Nitroglobus. I will miss it tomorrow, coz then Cica will take away all and we will change on Monday and Tuesday. However, the next installation/exhibition will be super cool too! 

Wearing:
SYSY's mesh Splashdress in steelgreen. I love this dress, for a change size S fits me purrrrfect and lol it makes me feel so slim ^^
Nah, joking it's a lovely dress and available in many cool colors. 

The other new item is one of this weeks new Truth hairs called Edith, which comes with a tintable hat. Super cool mesh hair!

The skin I am wearing is not new; it's the Tuli Eva skin. Tuli hasn't been active in SL for the past year (maybe longer), which is a pitty coz she made super skins.
Oh and the little guy in the back is ARnnO, a photographer friend. We wanted to take some shots of the Cica installation before it's gone and put on his party outfit ;-)

Weekend Newishness

It's weekend and sooo many new items coming in phew. 
I choose a few to show you:

DS (Dulce Secrets) Nyree.Pernod.dark (V) skin, which together with Darkness Evil eyes (not shown) is DS offerings for the Twisted Hunt. I like this pale skin with the dark lips. 

Furthermore wearing one of the 3 new Truth hairs of this week: Briony w/roots in mahogany (non-mesh). I noticed I am turning to brown lately. I like this loose updo. 

The mesh red GlamHalter dress is SYSY's. Yeah Sysy is back and totally into making mesh nowadays. And she does a great job! The dress comes in 5 base and 5 bright colors. I choose the base red. 

Last but not least (I hope you can see) is a new tattoo which is really awesome and goes well with the red Sysy dress ^^. It's the Part-Che Wildflowers tattoo of a new brand Sparkly*Ephelant, which is only available in Market Place shop (I included the link). I like the color and how it wraps over my shoulder.

I just received this cute SYSY's GG mesh Vintage Tunicdress. The folder contains different sizes and each size has a different color. My size is in metal.

I like this dress although I had to shrink my really not big tits to fit in. Sighs .. mesh is nice, but very often trouble and fighting with ass and tits.

Mr. and Mrs Redgrave

Meet Mr. and Mrs. Redgrave..
Nope this is not my first Redgrave skin and I'm sure it will not be my last, but hey I love the new Jessica skin, coz it's so different from all the others I have. I bought it after walking around in the demo version for a few days ;-)
This skin makes me a redhaired girl and I like it for a change. Lots of freckles, red lips and smokey eyes.


Matt is wearing his Redgrave Cruz skin, although he bought a demo of Craig, the new Redgrave male skin a few days ago, which is btw awesome on his avi. However, he did not have time to go and buy it.

Third World

Smiling tp-ed me to this awesome place: Third World. He said 'please take a seat and enjoy your coffee, I just arrived, my plane crashed'. We sat at a small wooden table and behind me I saw the remains of his plane in the water. 
So many hidden away spots on this awesome sim created by Korto Stransky.

I searched for a notecard to find out about the story behind this sim, but nope nothing to be found. Looking around I found a text in the water that explained the title and gave some insight into the maker of this sim. It said:


There should be somewhere on earth a place no nation can claim as its property, a place where all human beings of goodwill, sincere in their aspiration, could live freely as citizens of the world....


Later I also found a lovely spot with two sort of rocking chairs, a cute doggy, a box of cigars and also pictures of the RL person behind the avi Korto with his RL dog (sympathetic looking guy btw).

I found some interesting quotes in Korto's profile, which I really liked and made me smile. Let me quote one:
