FUNDAY by Cica Ghost

 

Sunday, 2 January 2022: this afternoon visiting the brand new installation FUNDAY by Cica Ghost with Miha. I love this installation, it's fresh, crispy colours and of course with fun animations and it has a great mood/atmosphere. I used ultra graphics and shared environment light.

I made several images, but advise you to go and explore the installation yourself. When you are lucky you will find Cica there. Give her my love.

Donkeys by Cica @ The Sim Quarterly

The Sim Quarterly of Ele (Electric) Monday opened today presenting 'Donkeys' by Cica Ghost. This is the 3rd installation already. Ele changes every 3 months.
I visited initially with Ed, after he left I met several friends, as well as of course Cica, the designer herself, Ele, the owner of the sim and Naxos, disguised as a Xmas rabbit. 
This time there are many fun sitting animations in almost all the 'Cica houses'. Great fun. I loved it, chapeau Cica and Ele!

Exploring Ghostville in Plastik Glitz outfit

Yesterday I went exploring Ghostville by Cica Ghost (LM at the bottom of this blog post). 

Cica was an exhibitor at Nitroglobus gallery a while ago and wow she did it again. I love her new installation. Cica has her own style, but keeps improving, changing and surprising. Of course I made too many photos. Here are a few to convince you to visit, if you haven't done so.

Moreover showing two other items from the Plastik Glitz collection, which have great style, textures and are muchos sexy:

Lorena - Liquid lunch

Yeah, a lot of exploring and jumping around sims this evening, but actually I wanted to show Lorena, a NEW great looking mesh jumpsuit by PiNKCHERRY.   

Yesterday I visited the PiNK CHERRY shop and awww I found many awesome outfits there. Showing you one of them: jumpsuit Lorena, which comes in many colors. Thx sooo much Jane for the bloggers review item.

Naughty Schoolgirl outfit

I spent too much money this evening on items I wanted to buy for a long time. I went to Maitreya and finally bought the mesh Jazz boots in black (super cool) AND moreover the cool mini mesh skirt of the same designer in black. Onyx LeShelle of Maitreya is definitely one of my fav designers and has been for years. In my opinion Maitreya makes really geat mesh items.  

Also new is the DM pose Driftwood I used and plan to use some more.

Yesterday (4th January) we (= Nitroglobus Gallery) organized a black & white party for Cica Ghost.

It was an enormous success, i.e. many came, others couldn't get in coz the sim was overloaded most of the time :-(, but hey cannot have it all not even in SL.

Cica her installation 'Pieces of Cica' will be in place at Nitroglobus Gallery for another week. We intend to change around 15th January.

The other day I greeted Kiddo Oh, who visited our gallery. She wasn't in a talkative mood, being very busy it seemed. Besides welcoming, I complimented her on her outfit coz I really liked the long lace dress she was wearing. 
I was surprised, however, when I received a notecard from her that evening in which she explained why she hadn't been talkative; she had visited the gallery looking for inspiration for an advertising photo for the dress she was wearing, which is a new release AND that she was sending me the dress as a gift! Arghhh, wow super kind of her!

Of course I visited her shop Dead Dollz, where I acquired also another outfit ^^, AND I decided to blog this awesome mesh lace dress Black Beauty.

Pre New Year party at Nitroglobus Gallery

Mrs Haas ring & Distracted by BDR

Wow this evening Nitro gave me an Xmas gift; the Mrs Haas ring as he called it, which he made himself! Awww I truly truly love this ring, it's simply awesome.... leaving me speachless!

Furthermore in this blog post I am showing you one of the many cool new outfits of BDR (Beautiful Dirty Rich): the Distracted mesh skirt and sweater in red. Wow cool outfit, comfy and 'winterish'. I am a fan of Cameron.
Showing you only part of the total outfit, which includes also boots, shirt and pants layer in light grey and dito coloured socks with sculpted parts.  
The cute hat I am wearing is a part of Cica's Stars outfit, which I blogged yesterday.

CICA outfits

Hey hey, if you didn't know yet I will tell you NOW .... coz this great artist Cica who is exhibiting at Nitroglobus Gallery atm, hey she makes outfits toooo! And great ones if you ask me.

on top the Cica Star dress and second photo is showing her newest outfit the Cica Dark Lady dress. 

Yeah I know Cica is having her installation 'Pieces of Cica' at Nitroglobus Gallery atm, however ...... this got nothing to do with her skills as a designer, this is FASHION lol!

I truly love the outifts shown above; they are original and nicely made. I adore the lace, fabulously made! 
Her outfits come including gloves, stockings and hats (aww I adore her hats!)

Pieces of Cica at Nitroglobus Galllery

Cica has definitely her own style. She became rather well-known after her first  installation 'Black and White World' at LEA13 
Nitro and I, we loved it as many others did, and therefore we are super proud to present 'Pieces of Cica', her new installation at Nitroglobus Gallery. 

Cica's theme 'Explore the World in Black and White' is present again in this new exhibit: there are trees, flowers moving to the wind, a cat, a lot of stairs, figures walking  and cycling, birds and butterflies, benches to relax and a lot more to enjoy.

Cica, who lives in Serbia, is a person who likes to create her own world. Curiosity brought Cica to SL and she obviously likes it since she has been in SL for over 2 years now. In Second Life (SL) Cica started by drawing things that were in her mind as she used to do when she came back from school. 

Cica's spontaneous creativity was boosted by the vast possibilities of SL. At first Cica was drawing for fun just to decorate her home or to make pictures. Some of those decals she has on the market (her Inworld store), like flowers, crow, cat and tree.  
Then she started drawing ''herself'' like ''Cica and flower'', Cica and rain'', ''Cica and crow''     

It took her a while to learn how to build though. At first she wasn't interested and it took a year before she began to build, thanks to a friend who inspired her and taught her many things.
When she found out she could make animated textures that opened a whole new world. She started drawing and drawing and with every new animation she got new ideas; it was like drawing a life. 
Soon her little platform became too small for the many ideas she had.

After LEA now Nitroglobus Gallery offers Cica a platform to exhibit her creativity. It goes without saying that we are proud to have her at our gallery!
