Swim with Elephants by Betty Tureaud

Opening party this evening (22 March) of the installation 'Swim with Elephants' by Betty Tureaud.
Betty herself (Betty Boo) is DJ-ing at her party, with Aki hosting.

I was lucky to be able to visit yesterday evening and walked around, discovering all the cool animations and spots. I did need a pair of sunglasses coz the colors are very very bright :-)
It's a really cool installation  Betty made. Do visit!

La Clef des champs

La Clef des champs visited on two different days. Land info mentions: photography, cosy, beach, rental (houses), garden, fishing, picnic, hangout, scenic, scenery and more.
The founder of La clef des champs is Rose Ulrik (rose.sabionne), whom I met at the sim and had a nice talk with.
Rose told me she created/designed the place herself with the help of some friends, among them Aash Writer who did a lot of the terraforming.

There is a Flick group and visitors are encouraged to place their images here.
Many awesome spots to make lovely images.

Rose gave me LM's to several places in the sky, some of them she is still working on and not finished yet. I visited a bdsm place, not my piece of cake, but I must say very well done, elegant and stylish AND again great textures. No images made there :-)

New Cherishville (Cherishville-Spring 2020)

Cherisville is a homestead island designed and owned by Lam Erin and Azaria (amariahenee). It's a joy to walk around there: great WL with lovely mirroring water effects. Utterly love this!
It seems the sim is open for just a few weeks only for bloggers, photographer and explorers, who are encouraged to make lots of images and place them all in the Cherisville Flickr Group. Soooo hurry up and go explore. It's worthwhile.

There is a lot of water (ponds, sea) with boats, a large rock formation in the middle, small cottages/large mansions as well as lots of plants and trees. All very well done with great textures and overall high quality. Along the cool windy dirt road you will find some residential houses and spots to relax.

Some more snapshots I made (difficult to stop, because there's a cool view around every corner):

Missing Melody - Whispering Silence

Today I visited the renewed sim of Missing Melody, Whispering Silence
Described as 'it's that song in your head that you can't get out but not sure how it really goes. It's that temptation you want to have in your life so you can fight to resist. It's that place in your heart that is always waiting to be filled.'

Love it, great colors, views, atmosphere and moreover, I was lucky to meet the maker Bambi (norahbrent). A very kind person who told me she was still working finishing the land.
Well I noticed all kind of objects moving around, even grass, and then saw her sitting in a small car, she said she still had a lot to add and finish, and even got bad reviews, indicating the exact places which she hadn't finished yet. Oh well, one cannot make everybody happy: the sim opened yesterday and already a boom of reviews appeared.

Bambi told me that initially she and her friend Conni, who sadly passed away last year, built the first sim. There is a gallery in memory of Conni on the beach.
There are 4 houses on the sim which will be rented. Bambi also thinks about adding shops with vintage/rustic decor, which blend into the environment, and maybe a place for her DJ friends to play sets. A lot of plans still to work on.
There is already a nice rural fair which will be expanded with flags, balloons AND .... an ice cream stand (yeah). All will give the sim the feel of a sweet relaxed town.

Well already without the ice cream I loved my visit to Missing Melody!
Here are a few more snapshots:

Opening party @ Nitroglobus for 'The Meaning of Love'

On Tuesday, 10 March there was an opening party for Natalia Seranade's exhibition 'The Meaning of Love' at Nitroglobus.
DJ Betty Boo (so happy she was able to replace DJ Ferdy who had severe pc problems) tuned truly awesome music and Venus Adored gave a superb particles show
. At the end of the evening Kurk Mumfuzz joined Venus and they both made an even bigger show.
Lots of people visited, the atmosphere was positive and relaxed and Natalia was showered with compliments about her works.
